For property developers
Buyers who are checked before they ever reach you.
Nothing to list
No listing fee and no subscription. Put a home up and it stays up.
Nothing owed on an enquiry
A commission falls due only on a sale you and the buyer both confirm as completed.
Buyers checked first
Identity and readiness are assessed before anyone is sent to you.
Why list with us
Four things that change for you.

Buyers who are already checked
Every enquiry has passed identity verification and a finance-readiness assessment, so you stop showing homes to people who were never going to complete.
A bar you can actually clear
Intervention funds want a five-hectare land bank, ₦500m in net assets and three completed projects. We ask for a track record and clean title.
Nothing owed until a sale completes
No listing fee and no subscription. A commission is due only on a sale you and the buyer both confirm.
Demand data you can build against
See which price bands, cities and home types certified buyers are searching for before you commit to a design.
Getting listed
Four steps, and none of them cost you anything.
Apply
Company details, CAC registration and a few documents. It takes about ten minutes.
Sign the partner agreement
We email it to you to e-sign. It covers the platform terms and the non-circumvention clause — a buyer we introduce stays our introduction.
We approve your account
A person reviews every application. Nothing goes live before that.
List your properties
Your own dashboard: images, price, location, documents. Each listing is checked before it reaches buyers.
Two layers of checking, deliberately: your account is approved once, and then every individual listing is checked before it reaches a buyer. It is slower for you. It is the reason buyers trust what they see here.
Levels
Earn more listings by closing deals, not by waiting.
Level 1
10 active listings
Where every approved developer starts.
Level 2
25 active listings
At least three closed deals, both sides confirmed, with no unresolved disputes.
Level 3
50 active listings
At least ten closed deals, both sides confirmed, with no unresolved disputes.
How a deal closes
Both sides confirm, or it did not happen.
- 1A buyer viewing or enquiring about your listing is logged automatically
- 2Your dashboard shows the interested buyers for each property
- 3When a sale closes, you mark it sold and pick the buyer from that list
- 4We email the buyer to confirm — one click, yes or no
- 5Both sides confirmed means the deal is closed and commission is due
The partner agreement you e-sign at onboarding backs this up. It includes a non-circumvention clause: a buyer we introduce stays our introduction, whichever way the sale is eventually papered.
The bar, honestly compared
Intervention funds were not built for developers your size.
