For Nigerians abroad
You have been sending money home for years. Own something there.
What changes for you
Four things we built specifically for buyers abroad.
Foreign income counts
Pounds, dollars, euros or dirhams, evidenced by statements from your own bank. No professional-body letter, no branch visit.
Assessed without flying home
Verification, uploads and your result all happen remotely. Name a representative in Nigeria and we coordinate viewings with them.
Often the strongest profiles
Stable employment and clean statements tend to score well. Many diaspora buyers are ready already and simply never asked.
Support when you are awake
Hours covering UK, European and North American evenings.

Remote by design
Assessed entirely from where you are.
Verify from wherever you are
Identity verification is completed with your own documents, from your own phone. No consulate appointment, no notarised paperwork sent by courier, no trip home.
Show income in your own currency
Statements from your bank abroad are sufficient. Pounds, dollars, euros, dirhams — evidenced the ordinary way, without a letter from a professional body vouching for you.
Nominate someone you trust
If you would like the property inspected in person, name a representative in Nigeria during your application. We coordinate with them directly and keep you copied on everything.
Contribute the way that suits you
Bank transfer or stablecoin, with the exchange rate shown before you commit. You should never find out what rate you actually got by reading a statement afterwards.
Things you will not be asked for
Every item below is a real hurdle diaspora applicants meet with other providers.
- Recommendation letters from professional bodies
- Translated and notarised employment documents
- Proof that your foreign employer is 'stable'
- A Nigerian address or a Nigerian guarantor
- Flying home to sign in person at a branch
- Exchange rates disclosed only after conversion
What we ask you instead
Four extra questions, shown only to diaspora buyers. They exist so foreign income is understood rather than doubted.
- The country you currently live in
- The currency you earn in
- Whether you have a trusted representative in Nigeria
- How you would prefer to be contacted, and in which timezone
Wherever you are, tell us — it decides where we open.
Not on the list? Join anyway. Where we open next is decided by where people are actually waiting.

Someone is waiting for you to come home to something.
Make it a house with your name on the title, not another transfer that disappears into somebody else's rent.
