These terms govern your use of this website. They are not a financing agreement. Any financing you go on to take is a separate contract between you and a finance partner, not with Miftah Capital.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Nothing on this website is an offer of finance, and nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

Miftah Capital is not a bank, a lender or a mortgage institution, and is not licensed as one. We assess readiness and make introductions; licensed partners provide the financing.

MiHome assesses finance readiness, issues a readiness certificate, and introduces certified users to finance partners. **We are not a lender.** We do not approve, decline, price or provide financing, and nothing on this website should be read as an offer of finance.

A readiness score, a certificate and an introduction are not a guarantee of financing. The finance partner conducts its own assessment and makes its own decision on its own terms.

The readiness score is our own measure and is not a credit-bureau score. It is intended to help you understand and improve your position, not to replace any lender's assessment.

Listings are provided by third-party property developers. We verify the developer's registration and the title on each individual property before it appears, and we say so on the listing.

Verification is not a survey, a valuation, or a guarantee of quality, condition or future value. It confirms that the developer is registered and that the title on that property checks out. You should carry out your own inspection and take your own professional advice before committing to any purchase.

Prices, availability and specifications can change. Property values can fall as well as rise.

Where you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity that happens under it. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access.

You agree to provide accurate information. Providing false or misleading information in a readiness assessment or a financing application may constitute fraud, will end the assessment, and may be reported.

We will never ask for your banking password, your PIN, or a one-time code. No member of our team will ever request them by phone, email or message, under any circumstances.

If somebody claiming to be from MiHome asks you for those, it is not us. Stop, and report it to admin@mihome.finance.

The MiHome and Miftah Capital names, logos, written content and design are our property. You may read, print and share this website for your own personal use. Commercial reuse requires our written permission.

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including features and listings — without notice.

This platform is under active development. Some features described here are not yet live, and we try to say so wherever that is the case.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on a readiness score, listings or general information on this website, from a finance partner's decision, or from any decision you make without independent advice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

Where you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove protections you hold under the mandatory law of your own country.
